Smith&Adams properties team, localização, todo a apto restaurado, muito confortável, muito limpo , todos os itens necessários funcionando muito bem. Custo- benefício muito bom.

A única sugestão para melhorar ainda mais seria um sistema de ar condicionado para o verão.

Good location and quick support

Very small , bad smell in the toilet

The apartment was just fine for what we needed, a place to sleep and hold our things. It was super clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was quite responsive.

Lack of knowledge/correct information about the parking on the street where the accommodation was located.

Locarion in Lapa was ideal. Easy access to centre of town

It would have been nice to be able to sleep after midnight without beeing awake at three or four in the morning by half-drunken fellow guests

La ubicación es muy buena y la limpieza también. El apartamento es pequeño pero cumple con lo necesario.

Las tablas de la cama estaban rotas, no era molesto pero habría que revisarlo igual que el secador que había que estaba roto y no funcionaba. No nos dejaron esponja para fregar los utensilios de cocina, la cuál pedimos pero nunca llegó y tuvimos que comprar una. No son cosas importantes pero son pequeños detalles, igualmente por lo demás todo muy bien.
