Lo primero de todo es pedir mil disculpas a Rita y a Ezio por poner tan tarde mi valoración. La comunicación vía WhatsApp fue perfecta en todo momento. Nuestro vuelo llegó muy tarde (23:45) y Ezio se ofreció a buscarnos al aeropuerto (transfer 40€). Cuando llegamos al apartamento Rita nos estaba esperando para darnos la bienvenida y explicarnos detalladamente lo que teníamos que ver y hacer en Palermo y alrededores. El apartamento es precioso, está nuevo, súper limpio y tiene de todo. Guardamos muy buenos recuerdos de los desayunos en uno de los balconcitos que teníamos. Además, el apartamento está ubicado en una placita en el Casco Histórico de Palermo en la que se respiraba tranquilidad y donde había dos restaurantes muy buenos para comer. Debido a la buena ubicación del apartamento pudimos recorrer la ciudad a pie. Muchas gracias a Rita y a Ezio por su hospitalidad😘😘 Ana.

We recently had an unforgettable stay at Futtitinni! From check-in, Rita and Ezio welcomed us with warmth, sharing their passion for Palermo's rich culture. While there might be a bit of a language barrier, Google Translate helped ease communication, making the process smooth. The property is charming, beautifully refurbished, and impeccably clean, creating a cozy atmosphere. Its location in the heart of the cultural center is perfect for exploring the best of Palermo. A small note for light sleepers: there’s a neighbor who plays delightful 70-90s music in the early evening until sunset. It truly adds to the charm of the little courtyard. Overall, we highly recommend Futtitinni! The ideal location, lovely accommodations, and exceptional hospitality from Rita and Ezio make it a must-visit.

Good location, one block away from the main hype street “Via Maqueda”, the apartment is super nice, modern clean, and good A/C that saves you from the hot outside. The owners were SO nice, I would really come back here. The beds super comfy and everything amazing.

The only “negative” ( not really negative) would be that the pressure of the shower is quite weak, but still the bathroom is clean, new and nice :)

Had a great sleep in the heart of Palermo. Large size

The property had only been recently been updated which made it that much more comfortable. Little touches like USB points in the bedroom power outlets, plus lots of wall hangers made it very convenient place to stay. It was so central to all of Palermo’s sights. We walked to all of them. The hosts were lovely, leaving some wine for us to enjoy, taking us to the airport on our departure and helping with day trips. Well Done

The property is located 2 minutes from the Main Street with bars, restaurants and shops. Well within walking distance of all the main attractions. The property itself is bright, clean and well furnished. Perfect place to stay to explore Palermo, the hosts are lovely and always available to help.

This is an excellent place. We can really recommend it. These are a few of the things we appreciated: * It was very clean everywhere in the apartment * Furniture, beds, kitchen utensils etc all seemed brand new or nearly new * The host is very helpful. He replies immediately to What’s app messages and is eager to help with whatever. He also helped us with a transfer in his own car from the AirPort to the apartment * The apartment is perfectly located in the historic centre near the main shopping/restaurant streets and a fantastic gelateria is one minute away. Despite the city center location it is very silent during nights. We were not disturbed at all by traffic, neighbours etc.
