Place is well maintained and good value for the price. Peaceful area and no noise from neighbors or from the roads. Stayed in a bedroom with an attached bathroom. Plenty of space inside with a large cupboard, closet, sofa, large TV, large bed, and dressing table. Staff was really helpful. Dissanayake was always happy to help, and would even go out of his way for the tenants. He made sure we felt like home.

Cleanliness was little bit of an issue. It would be nice if the room could have been cleaned every once in a while during our stay. Biggest downfall was that there was no hot water in the shower. Kitchen is fully equipped and clean but the additional cost to use the gas was too high in my opinion.
