-spacious modern room -nice quiet neighborhood with close coffee shop -owner is very kind + friendly! he gave us great recommendations while we were there & even let us use a motorbike for free one day (just paid gas).

not about the property but use grab instead of booking taxi to get to bus/train station! taxi was 1.5x more expensive

Superb room... no fault...comfortable and large. Coffee shop just across the street by the river...grocery store 2 minutes walk away. Quiet

No real eating places nearby..but OK on motorbike
