"Location was very good but I am not happy about stay spending 7400 Rupees"

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. We booked a stay here to enjoy a getaway with friends, but our plans were completely ruined by the hotel's rigid policies. One of our friends forgot their original ID card and tried to retrieve it from DigiLocker, but the server was down. Despite this, the hotel staff refused to check us in. We traveled a long way to stay here and make memories, but the hotel staff's unaccommodating behavior spoiled everything. If you're planning to stay here, think twice—this hotel doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction. I would not recommend it to anyone.
