This stay was amazing. Great communication with the owner before we arrived. We got help the first day by Tony on our arrival time. The owner will call you to see what time you are coming at. It's seamless! The owner actually on my way to the hotel to say I could check in early! Who does that! Tony was a fantastic help taking a sulicase up 4 flights of stairs. It's harder for older people, but worth it. The location is 20/10. Simply impossible to be better unless you want a sleeping bag on the street. It's DEAD CENTRE PERFECT! Right on the promenade! The breakfast deal at a restaurant 2 minutes walk is insane value. It's free with the hotel stay. Many options. Super delicious and the staff at the restaurant are so nice! Just keep asking and they will bring. TIP you guys! Give them a tip! We asked Tony to have our rooms cleaned everyday and they were. YOU GOTTA ASK! Fresh towels every day and the room was immaculate. I mean super spotless clean. I can not recommend this room more highly. If it's in your budget, get it! It's a smaller room. They are all.small.on the promenade. All original buildings.

Lack of cleanliness, really dusty floors and strong sewer odor coming from AC. Required to scheduled cleaning, but we were not advised. 5 floors of stairs to climb, not easy with luggage.

Unfortunately our fridge didn’t work, so we couldn’t keep cold drinks in our apartment.

De locatie was top! Kamer zag er netjes uit en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De trappen vielen wel tegen. Het is op de 4e verdieping en er is geen lift. Flinke klim dus steeds. Zeker met bagage.

Beautiful, bright, clean and spacious room in a perfect location along the main promenade in the Old Town. Highly recommended. We had breakfast vouchers included in our booking, and the breakfast was delicious.

Just be aware that there are four long flights of stairs to the room with no lift, and you will need to carry your own luggage upstairs. It is well worth the effort though.
