L'appartamento è situato vicino alla meravigliosa spiaggia naturale. Non affollato. E' abbastanza e immerso nella natura. L'edificio è più vecchio ma l'appartamento è ben tenuto. I letti sono comodi. Il padrone di casa Vincenzo è reattivo e gentile. In loco è presente un parcheggio privato. Ottima scelta per un breve soggiorno durante un viaggio in Sicilia o per un soggiorno più lungo per chi cerca la pace e ama la natura.

Nella zona non ci sono negozi di alimentari, bar o ristoranti, quindi i visitatori devono portare con sé del cibo.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended – great location, plenty of space and very friendly neighborhood We can absolutely recommend this holiday apartment. It is located practically right on the endless sandy beach – only a small green area separates the house from the sea. From here, you can easily reach some of the most beautiful places in Calabria. The apartment itself is clean, very spacious and has an excellent layout. The kitchen is large and equipped with all the appliances you need. We especially appreciated the spacious courtyard parking – it made loading and unloading our car stress-free, something we did not have in other accommodations during our trip. The interior is decorated in a Mediterranean style, with lots of blue and maritime accents. The beds are comfortable and bed linen is provided. One bedroom and the kitchen/dining area have air conditioning, which was sufficient to cool the whole apartment. The bathroom is large, bright thanks to a skylight, and very pleasant. A washing machine is also available. We would particularly like to highlight the neighborhood: everyone is friendly and helpful. Right at the entrance there is a small fruit and vegetable stand – we bought there the sweetest watermelon of our entire trip. Shops, restaurants and the thermal baths are just a few minutes by the car away. We were especially impressed by the natural thermal springs with both hot and cold pools, freely accessible and a wonderful experience, especially on less sunny days. The host is very kind, reliable and responds quickly to messages. He is attentive to guest wishes and open to suggestions. Of course, the house shows some traces of its seaside location (slight signs of humidity), but this is typical for the area and adds to its Mediterranean charm.

Piccolo appartamento molto spazioso e molto vicino ad un ampia spiaggia ,il proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per ogni eventuale problema ,ci ha in oltre mostrato i piatti tipici e gli eventi di zona, unica pecca un po' lontano da eventuali locali e supermercati se siete a piedi ma se avete l auto nessun problema avendo anche un parcheggio privato col cancello

Vincenzo super disponibile per qualsiasi informazione, la casa spaziosa e ben pulita. Si può raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi, ma purtroppo non vi sono baracchini o bar nei dintorni.

Location near the beach was great. However, the beach was the worst one I have seen in Italy. It was 4 km's to the airport but one must take a taxi to get there. The apartment was serviceable but not worth the price. The manager was excellent! Good communication and patience.

Cleanliness. There were ants in the kitchen.

Appartment is situated close to the wonderful naturall beach. Not crowded. It is quite and surrounded by nature. The building is older but appartment is well maintained. Beds are comfortable. The host Vincenzo in responsive and nice. Parking is private on site. Good choice for a short stay on a way to Sicily or a longer stay who wants peace and likes nature.

Toilet and kitchen could be cleaned better. No food stores or bars or restaurant are in the area so visitors must take care to bring some food.
