Responsiveness, caring, entertainment of the hotel owner and wonderful assistant. Thanks a lot! Beautiful room and good location. The view of the mountains and waterfall was mesmerizing. very good location المظيف كان رائع ومتعاون جدا لبى المظيف كل الاحتياجات شرح لنا المظيف مواقع السياحية جنب الفندق سوف يتم اعادة حجز الوتيل في المرات القادمة ان شاء الله

do not have AC uints and not have Fans only have one baths which is not good for a family

Its amazing and the owner he is so kind and generous but as most of Ayder hotel the noise from the neighborhood its very loud also no parking. But again its exceptional, the owner he is great man and for sure he will give you an outstanding support and amazing experience
