Appartamento accogliente con tutti i comfort a 2 passi dal centro ,possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente nelle vicinanze. Pierluigi host simpatico e sempre a disposizione , grazie per averci fatto trovare anche un seggiolone per la nostra piccola.

Accoglienza e ospitalità da 10 e lode! Struttura molto pulita e ben attrezzata

L'appartamento è pulitissimo, ben tenuto, con tutto quello che serve per stare comodi. Si trova in una posizione tranquilla e comodissima per raggiungere il centro a piedi in pochi minuti. Una nota speciale va al proprietario, Pierluigi, che si è dimostrato da subito gentile, disponibile e molto accogliente. Ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio senza essere invadente, ci ha dato ottimi consigli su dove parcheggiare e su cosa vedere nei dintorni. Si capisce che ci tiene davvero a far star bene i suoi ospiti. Se torneremo a Sulmona, sicuramente ripartiremmo da qui.

Accoglienza con lode di Pierluigi, che fornisce tutte le informazioni che servono sia per l'appartamento che x visitare Sulmona. L'appartamento sembra nuovo, arredato con gusto, gradevole molto carino e strutturato molto bene, 2 TV, cucina, wifi, ferro stiro, asciugamani, caffè, acqua, tisane ecc ecc dentro c'è veramente tutto quello che può servire devo dire che capita raramente che un appartamento sia così completo. Il bagno molto carino e funzionale con phon professionale, bagnoschiuma e prodotti vari. Inoltre l'appartamento è situato appena fuori da una delle porte principali di Sulmona quindi sei nel pieno centro in Piazza Garibaldi in 3 minuti a piedi. La settimana in cui abbiamo pernottato è stato più caldo del solito (fino a 38°) ma l'appartamento è molto fresco di suo perché sotto ci sono le cantine e solo con il ventilatore siamo andati molto bene, inoltre la notte si rinfresca molto quindi basta lasciare aperte le finestre.

Il letto matrimoniale era abbastanza comodo però se fosse un po' più grande sarebbe il top.

Excellent apartment, very clean and modern. Located in central Sulmona so easy to get around. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, even mailing my lost AirPod back to me which I left in the apartment. They also provided all that you would need and gave us some lovely local confetti! I recommend you book your trip here!

Great location, just outside the historic center. Free parking nearby. Pierluigi was gracious and helpfull. The apartment is very comfortable for a family, has everything you need.

The host was very kind and showed us around the apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Some breakfast food some made available for us. Can get a good night sleep.

The fact that there was no balcony or outside view. Small windows

When travelling there are a few places where you stay that truly stand out and Eden Green is certainly one of these. It has been furnished to a high standard with a modern feel but what stands out more is how much is provided for guests. So much thought is put into what is supplied in the kitchen and bathroom it is truly beyond expectations. Pierluigi gave us a fantastic welcome and explained everything. The location is also excellent, very peaceful, but just a short walk to the beautiful historic centre of town.

Pierluigi was a very thorough and friendly host. The apartment was fantastic with everything we needed. Much bigger than expected, very clean and well equipped. Lots of little extras too like juice, coffee and breakfast items. Very close to all Sumona has to offer. Highly reccomend.
