It was central. There was a bed and a fan.
The place was way nicer on the pictures. The room was made of a thin layer of concrete, so you could hear everything. There was dogs and pigeons on the roof every morning, which woke us early every morning. The shower was cold, and no pressure at all. We told the lady at the desk, but she said it would be better when the water tank was refilled, but no. The window clapped all the time when a blow of wind came by.
