Location and pool

Check in was a nightmare spent an hour checking in only to be told to come back, complete waste of time

Great venue .. fantastic staff .. nothing was to much trouble ..just all round fantastic place

Shower if you are going to ask question .. a better shower more powerful and more luxury everything else was perfect in the room could not ask for more but you have asked a question what could be improved? Possibly the shower was perfect worked okay but I have been in hotels with better quality shower and fittings.

Location is excellent , pool & garden lovely

Buffet breakfast like a cattle mart and cold, tea & coffee ordered to the table but can take up to 20 mins to actually get it , if you fancy an omelette give yourself 30 mins heaven forbid the hotel thinks of putting 2 chefs behind this counter. The pool bar was like a scene from a uk reality show everyday from 1230pm , not what we expected for what we paid, drunken louths around the pool shouting and roaring which continued till 3-4am when they arrived back from the marina. We didn’t see one person from management try deal with these issues and there was plenty of other guests not happy with this kind of carry on either.

Location directly at Marina is great

Swimming pool pool dimensions and depths were frustrating , is too small and shallow for real swimming. Most of the pool is for wading, not doing laps. Beach access is misleading, you need to pay money to have beach bed and umbrella at the beach!
