FRLe bateau très confortable et très bien équipé. Proche de Cap canaveral, directement sur.la lagune des dauphins passent le matin.
La route à proximité et notamment un pont métallique qui fait du bruit dans un environnement calme et reposant. Malheureusement pour nous le bateau a dû avoir une infiltration d'eau suite aux fortes pluies et il y avait une forte odeur d'humidité.

The house boat first floor smelled like sewage. They flushed the system the next day but it didn’t help and we were not offered any kind of compensation refund. Then it rained and we spent the evening having to stay on the main floor as it was leaking tremendously. I contacted maintenance and they said they would get to it when they could. We soaked through towel after towel and no one ever showed up to help fix the problem. Once again, we were not offered anything for our inconvenience.
