L’emplacement est exceptionnel, l’accueil est chaleureux et nos hôtes ont été aux petits soins pour nous avec de très bons conseils. Une découverte de la Toscane dans un coin de paradis. L’appartement est top et bien équipé

Rien tout était parfait

Il nostro soggiorno non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative. L’aria condizionata non ha funzionato per cinque notti su sette, rendendo il riposo difficile. Per far circolare un po’ d’aria siamo stati costretti a tenere spalancati il portoncino d’ingresso e la porta‑finestra della camera, visto che l’appartamento non ha altre finestre. Questo, oltre a non essere il massimo per la sicurezza, riduce anche la privacy, perché l’ingresso è condiviso e gli ospiti dell’altro appartamento passano davanti e attraversano il giardino anche mentre si fa colazione. In aggiunta: • Ogni sera c’era un forte odore di fogna rientrando in casa (e non avendo finestre, dovevamo tenere chiuso). • le stoviglie avevano un cattivo odore (di “freschino”/uovo mal lavato). • Il lavandino e poi la doccia si sono intasati (per correttezza: su questo sono intervenuti rapidamente). • Il divano letto era molto rumoroso e scomodo, poco adatto a garantire un buon riposo. Nonostante le segnalazioni (non ho menzionato ai titolari le stoviglie e il divano letto perché, essendo in vacanza, ho cercato di prendere la situazione con leggerezza e non fare troppe richieste), il problema dell'aria condizionata è stato risolto solo l'ultima sera e non ci è stato riconosciuto alcun rimborso, nonostante l’appartamento fosse stato pagato in anticipo. Con qualche attenzione in più alla manutenzione e al comfort potrebbe essere una buona soluzione, ma così non ci sentiamo di consigliarlo.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely place, surrounded by olive trees and offering fantastic views over the valley. The swimming pool, located slightly uphill from the guest house, provided an even more breathtaking panorama - including a view of Civiconuo Campiglia. The nearby towns, including Campiglia and other charming villages, had great restaurants, and the sea was just a short drive away. The owners were very friendly and welcoming - we even received some thoughtful treats from them during our stay. Their homemade olive oil was delicious, and we made sure to buy some to take home with us.

What a wonderful and quiet apartment. The location is extrem calm and peaceful. We haven’t miss anything and enjoyed the entire scenic facility and well equipped rooms. We were also amazed by the extremely friendly (but always professionally discreet) owners. Highly recommending the place.

The place is amazing, quiet, peaceful and close to everything. Cozy house with all you need and stunning pool. Thank you so much for having us there :)

They shared lots of good information with us regarding shops, restaurants, day trips. - We only stayed 2 nights, wish it would have been longer - The apartment is new and high quality build.
