The location was perfect and they really helped about entrance..

The toilet was broken. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Lift was out of order and we had to climb up to 6th floor.A.C also was the same. The room was as hot as a sauna. And bed's sheet.....

The room is right at the city centre close to the major attractions.

Not a very good communication from the host. His address did not match with the actual location of the house.

The location is excellent. . The beds were good, not noisy. The coffee machine was working properly. The water kettle was working properly.

1. We were required to pay only by cash. The manager told us that it was stated on the website, which is NOT TRUE. 2. After we booked the room, we received a message from the property that stated that the room was on the fourth floor, but this is NOT TRUE. It was on the sixth floor.. 3. The manager communicated with us initially by whatsapp instead of the booking website. After asking when we would arrive at the property. We replied that we would be there in the afternoon, but he kept asking for a more specific time. Then he explained that he had to come to the property to give us the keys. He kept trying to communicate even when we were driving to the property, so we didn't pick up the phone. 4. His demeanor was rough, not courteous and friendly. 5. The place is advertised as having a washing machine but there is no washing machine at the facilities. SEE PHOTO. 6. After paying by cash, I texted that I would need the receipt, but he replied that he does not have a receipt.

I felt a little mislead as the photos did not show it as one room, it looked like they were two separate ones. You can’t pay with a card which is really inconvenient. The biggest minus was that the place was supposed to have wifi, but it didn’t. The host did not notify us in advance although it was included in the amenities. It is really high up and the elevator in the building doesn’t work so if you have a lot of baggage not the perfect place. Lets not forget that the toilet couldn’t be flushed which is extremely unsanitary. The only positives are that the location is amazing as it is on a main street and close to everything you need and that the host is responsive.
