Paridian Elegant Living

We recently stayed at this hotel in Parikia, Paros. The room itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and we had no major complaints about the accommodation. The only minor issue was that it was quite noisy early in the morning, likely due to a bird’s nest right outside the bedroom window. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing and significantly affected our overall experience. One of the biggest issues was the lack of reception service. Reception was only available until 4 PM, and after that guests were expected to contact staff by phone if any problems arose. This made communication difficult and left us with no one to speak to in person when concerns came up. Breakfast was included, but it was not served at the hotel. Instead, guests were sent to a nearby restaurant through what appears to be a partnership arrangement. The selection was very limited. As a standard offering, we were given two slices of bread with honey and jam, and then could choose between eggs with bacon, Greek yogurt, or porridge, along with only one hot drink and one juice. Overall, it was quite underwhelming. The most frustrating issue was the lack of hot water. We had no hot water for an entire evening and the following morning, meaning we had to shower in cold water. Because reception was closed, there was nobody available to assist us at the time. When we reported the issue the next morning, the receptionist was impolite, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than taking ownership of the problem, she seemed skeptical that there was actually an issue and made us wait around 15 minutes while she checked it herself instead of immediately involving the technical team. Additionally, after housekeeping cleaned our room, the amenities were not replenished. Once again, due to the limited reception hours, there was no one available to speak with about this.

Περάσαμε υπέροχα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πολύ όμορφο και άνετο. Το προσωπικό ηταν ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό και πάντα με το χαμόγελο στα χείλη. Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα

Posizione, vicino ad una spiaggia molto bella raggiungibile a piedi e a 10 minuti a piedi dal porto e dal centro.

Receptionist was nice and location is good.

No hot water. The rooms are totally different from the pictures shown on Booking. We booked the Deluxe room and there was barely space to open two small luggages. The room looks much more spacious and is not as good quality as in the photos. Showing below what was marketed and the actual room.

Άνετο και καθαρό κατάλυμα σε καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στην παραλία. Ευγενικό και φιλικό προσωπικό με διάθεση για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση. Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ ικανοποιητικό. Πράγματι, απολαύσαμε την παραμονή μας.

La proximité avec le centre de Parikia, le ménage est fait tous les jours et les serviettes sont changées tous les jours.

C’est un des pires hôtel où j’ai pu séjourner. La réceptionniste est là que de 8:00 à 16:00 et encore, elle est rarement à son siège. Si on arrive après ces horaires, notre clé est laissé à l’air libre sur la table de la réception avec notre nom en gros écrit dessus. La grille de l’hôtel est également laissé ouvert donc n’importe qui peut entrer. En voulant rentrer dans la chambre, la poignée de la porte est bancale, il n’y a pas de verrou à l’intérieur. Les matelas des lits sont étroits et hauts, ce qui fait que je suis tombée en pleine nuit. La salle de bain PUE les égouts, il y a une fuite sous le lavabo qui fait que la poubelle en dessous est complètement mouillé. Le petit déjeuner est à prendre dans le bistro à côté ou on a que 3 options, et les boissons sont à moitié vide dans les verres. Bref, tout sauf élégant, et pour le prix que j’ai payé, c’est tout simplement du vol.
