Warm welcome pack, beautiful and cozy setting of the hotel room; and daily housekeeping and change of towels services.

1. We would prefer to have a bigger desk area with mirror for dress up. We were provided with a platform with cups & coffee machine occupied half of the counter; and minimal space available in the bathroom (single basin) to locate the cosmetic pouches/kits for 3 occupants. 2. Lack of facilities around, maybe it was not the season yet when we were there. Have to walk about 15 minutes to the port area for shopping, food and transport to other parts of the island.

Great location with an easy walk into town. Comfortable bed in a good size room and balcony. Stylish hotel and breakfast at nearby property works well.

Great location, close to the port, bay and restaurants and bars. We had the suite with a hot tub which was great. The interiors looked very nice. Comfortable bed. Nice coffee. The receptionist is very lovely and helpful.

There were no instructions to operate the hot tub which was a bit frustrating. We lost hot water at night and that remained the case till about 9:30am the next morning. The bathroom smelled damp most of the time despite keeping the window open.

The very confortable king bed; the quiet location a short stroll from the beach; the very warm welcome of Grace the receptionist.

the breakfast at a cost of EUR12.80 served by a third party, the secret garden cafe was not representative of the standard of accommodation. The selection of what one could choose was rigid: a hot beverage (only one cup of coffee, a very small juice (although fresh for the orange), 2 small pieces of bread with a teaspoon of honey and jam and a choice of porridge or eggs or yogurt with tiny pieces of fresh fruits. For me, it did lack choice (no water, no samples of the excellent greek pastries/biscuits you find elsewhere) and good value for money.
