Flat infested with bed bugs I slept in the saloon 2nights and got bitten on both arms My brother and his wife slept in the bedroom They have bites all over their legs and body

"Location was ok. Apartment was dirty and dangerous and too cramped."

Location was ok.

Dirty. Found three pieces of broken glass which isn’t ideal when you have young children. Had to walk around very carefully wearing footwear every day in the property. Totally ruined our stay.

The full refund for the stay.

The attitude of the male staff member in the offices. The disorganisation of my reservation in their system. Not being given the correct key to my room. My room being double let to myself and a different couple at the same time. Was a nasty surptise to find my personal items had been looked through by a stranger. Not trusting that I was safe as many people had keys to the same rooms. Being told by the staff in the middle of the night to call the police when requesting help regarding the serious issues they caused. Having to move rooms to a downgraded room type. I could go on but the issues have been logged with trading standards.
