It has amazing view and it was quite. The staff is very helpful you can ask them to buy food so you don’t have to go up to the restaurant yourself.

Breathtaking views! A very unique experience that I treated like a glamping experience. I recommend grippy shoes for the path to the cabin (see photo). The staff kindly carried our suitcases up and down.

Limited hot water.

Pros: +incredibly beautiful view + clean +they treat you to ginger tea with waffles + they help you carry heavy luggage downstairs and upstairs + you can keep in touch via WhatsApp +nice warm water in the shower +there is a dental kit, soap and shampoo + breakfast was served on time (even though we asked for it early at 7.00)

Minuses: - it takes a very long time to go down and up, the reviews say about three minutes, but it's not like that! We went down for 15 minutes, and went up for 20-25 minutes with breaks for a break. It's very! Lots of stairs -"The flies! The flies! The flies! It is impossible to sit on the street! A million flies. That's why you stay in the cabin all the time. Which is stuffy during the day and cold in the evening -there is no reception or entrance group - you get to the village, you are met by a girl near the garage, in ordinary clothes without identification marks, they tell you to leave the suitcase, and you don't even know if the hotel staff is there or not) it was scary for the suitcase, but it was eventually delivered safely, for which thank you Thank you - it's very cold after sunset and before dawn! About 10-15 degrees. Definitely this house needs a stove! -not like in the photo (they have several houses, and I got the wrong one in the photo, and the bathroom is different, and there's a fence by the tub, and there's another house in front of the house, so keep in mind that it won't be just like in the photo) -we indicated that we're on our honeymoon, usually hotels they decorate the rooms for arrival, there was no reaction, this fact was ignored -if you went downstairs, you probably won't want to go back up, so take everything you need right away (food, water, etc.) there is nothing near the house -breakfast also looks different from the photo in the account (I'm attaching) -the water is not very hot, we took a bath and the hot water ran out - it was impossible to refill it, the bath cooled down in 10 minutes, because initially the water was not very hot, but let's say warm) -there are no hints in the room (how to fill the bathtub, how to contact the staff, how to order anything, how to connect wi-Fi, no!

Incredible view and quite secluded, private location

The steep descent into the property didn’t feel safe after heavy rain. I’d recommend adding some lighting and a hand rail

The view. The bed was comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Although the hotel did talk about the walk to get to the cottage, I did not realize it was quite sooo many stairs. I counted over 170 steps and steep sloping sidewalk. For someone with sore knees it's not a good idea .To be fair the hotel did say it was challenging .Please take note of this. Too many flies.

Хоть и было предупреждение о лестнице, но она всё же серьезное препятствие и лишний раз не выйдешь просто прогуляться. Сотрудники стараются сгладить эту особенность, донесли чемодан туда-обратно, приносят завтрак утром)

Das Hotel selbst bzw. die einzelne Hütte ist sehr schön im Grünen, gut ausgestattet und der Blick auf den See und den Vulkan ist atemberaubend schön. Es gibt Kaffee/Tee. Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel und die Terrasse super bequem. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr schön! Nachts ist es auch nicht kalt gewesen (Dez). Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und mehr als ausreichend!

Leider ist man hier ohne Motorroller aufgeschmissen. Es gibt keine Taxis. Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts aber hätte ich es eher gewusst, wäre ich am See direkt untergekommen. Die Straße in der Nähe zur Hütte ist, besonders morgens zwischen 6:-8:00, sehr sehr laut. Der Weg zur Hütte ist schon recht weit. Die Unterkunft schrieb, man hätte „ein paar“ Treppen zu bewältigen - das war schon weit untertrieben. Die Badewanne ist eine schöne Idee und sehr hochwertig. Leider würde das Befüllen mehr als eine halbe Stunde dauern, sodass ich sie nicht nutzen konnte.

Het uitzicht is werkelijk prachtig, 3 bergen en het meer. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, het was schoon. Zeker een aanrader. Om bij de accommodatie te komen moet je best wel wat trappen af en dus ook weer op, geen accommodatie als je slecht ter been bent. Ik ben geholpen met mijn bagage.
