"Our stay in this accommodation fell far short of our expectations."

The agent who checked us in was not pleasant to deal with. The elevator which is mentioned in the extended description of the accommodation does not exist, tho he insisted that it was not and never had been listed. There is an elevator which will be installed one day! Maybe! The stairwell is smelly with the odour of either garbage or sewage. The apartment is not well cared for and is shabby and long past its glory days. And that is a great pity because it has the potential of being lovely. But I must mention the two magnificent painted ceilings. They are stunning, but sadly do not make up for the sad state of the rest of the apartment.
