No Nespresso coffee machine which most hotels & Apartments have these days. Didn't like added pressure of having to empty bins & bring down the road to communal area before departure

I had to pay for the city tax to the property via another web site(cleanbnb), it should be mentioned in the beginning. Once you want an invoice with full information, they don’t know how to do it or do it somehow missing.

Good location in the city.

Management company was great, but owner was terrible. Temperature was unseasonably cold. In fact, it was often colder in the apartment than outside. There was no central heating at the time, and the owner refused to let the management company bring us a portable electric heater. A few other complaints: * the unit was infested with mosquitos. * the owner only provided one tiny bar of soap they lasted one day. * windows look out to air conditioning unit. No view. * booking.com was no help in getting the owner to provide an electric space heater during the cold snap.

This is a big well equipped flat in the centre of Padua. It's on the first floor (there is a lift) and there's a great cafe downstairs. Everything we wanted to see was walking distance. The train station is an easy 10 minute walk. We loved it.

This is a beautiful, extremely clean apartment with everything we needed and more. Very close to transportation, sights, and the center of town.

There was nothing we didn’t like!

Everything. The help given by the staff when providing all necessary information and being available for any query. The location: extremely central and yet very silent. The facilities: ample, very nice and pefectly clean. A perfect place for a stay in Padova!

Good location, great house and amazing kitchen.

The challenge part was one of the rooms: As it was very hot and there was no fan, we had to sleep with the windows open, but it was very very very noisy! Tram, Bus, People passing in the street! We couldn't sleep at all in that room! The other room was very good and confortable. Also, We found hairs in the floor and the sink of bathroom has clogged. They came to solve the issue.
