Was a ok ok place

Parking issue, no lift the room booked was too smaller than the images displayed here manager gave a better room while I decided to cancel the booking

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experience at your hotel: Unprofessional Behavior: I was disappointed by the rude and unprofessional behavior displayed by a manager during my stay. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere and negatively affected my overall experience. Lack of Parking Facilities: I was surprised to find that there was no parking available within the hotel premises. This was not communicated in advance, and it caused significant inconvenience. Car Safety Concerns: Due to the absence of secure parking, I was forced to leave my vehicle in an unsecured area, which raised serious concerns about its safety. I hope these matters will be addressed promptly to ensure better service and guest satisfaction in the future.

New hotel...great rooms...they make for you good food for diner...for a great price...very clean

The distance to the centre of Rishikesh is at rush hour more than one hour driving.
