Thornstown Gate Cottage

From the warm welcome when we arrived, the cosy fire, gorgeous views, everything was lovely 😍. The pictures don't do this wee cottage justice. Buddy (our furbaby) def made himself at home

There was nothing not to like.

Comfy bed, spotlessly cleaned, amazing couch, incredible heating system, spacious bathroom, good sheets and towels. Great privacy and friendly hosts.

Good location, friendly and welcoming hosts, clean and extremely comfortable.

I loved it there couldn't fault.

We missed having a kitchen table to eat meals off

Everything was amazing during our stay. It's more cozy and beautiful than you see in the picture. This place deserves more visitors. The host stays in the next door but you have full privacy. You'll get all the basic kitchen utensils. Huge hall, warm and cozy 2 bedrooms and the shower was the best thing. Must stay!

Nothing, everything was perfect

Well equipped, comfortable and a peaceful location.

Just a couple of small things - found the air fresheners a bit overpowering, the bedding (pillows and duvet) were a little old and the tv needed fixed (but hosts kindly provided their firestick to solve this)
