The view - absolutely fantastic! Minimalistic enterior. The bed was very comfortable and firm. The bathroom.

It was difficult to find the apartment. The windows and the terrace were not recently cleaned but it didn't spoil the impression since the view was absolutely magnificent.

The location is perfect

The stuff is very unfriendly and difficult to understand. Too much information too many things to do, too much pressure applied upon papers and check in extremely difficult.

This apartment was just perfect and made our stay in Matera unforgettable! The location was central with lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment is modern, nicely decorated and spacious. There is a shared living room, private kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a most of all a private terrace: big and offering a view over the roofs of Sassi which was just breathtaking! I could not have enough of this view and couldn’t stop taking pictures from there at different times of the day and at night. Spectacular! In fact the view was as panoramic and amazing as from other view terraces in Matera if not better! 😍🤩 Btw, contrary to other opinions here communication with the owner was very good, the location is very easy to find unlike some people say here because it is on the main street and self check is very easy with clear instructions. I was very happy with my choice and truely reccomend this place for those who want to enjoy the amazing panorama of stunnnig Matera😍

Location

The room I stayed was not good at all. The staff didn't reply to my messages until 2 hours before. No instructions on which room and how to get inside the building. The window was more than 2 meters high. No way to open it to get some fresh air. Also there is nothing to open or close the window.

Perfect location, perfect view from the terrace, kitchen included and even the bathroom was great with a perfect view. The sunrise is epic. Close to both railway stations.

Bad communication. No replies on my messages. I asked few questions but never got a reply. Not even sorry, I don't know. Nobody mentioned there is a reconstruction on the building. Fortunately I spent the whole day outside but someone could at least mentioned it. I wasn't expecting jumping into some workers.

Everything was perfect. The room was large and comfortable. The terrace view was amazing. There were a beverages in the fridge, coffee, tee. We felt great.

The check in is too late and the check out is too early.

The view from the balcony was even more breathtaking than on the pictures. The pictures showing the property cannot capture the beauty of Matera. The apartment was lovely and spacious. This is by far the best property I have ever found on booking.com. Great value for money as well (affordable as a student).
