Located in an excellent position. Just at the top of the hill from the beach and before the Main Street of the town. Meaning you can get back from the beach without having to walk through the busy streets. Nearest supermarket is just around the corner. Main town also just around the corner. Everything is within just a few minutes walk.

Like most Lindian homes, there is a narrow, steep staircase to the upper room and balcony so this would be difficult for anyone with walking difficulty. For us though, it caused no problems.

The house is perfectly located for exploring the village/beach/restaurants but nightly noise is the trade off. We enjoyed the roof terrace but some of the furniture is broken. We did manage to use the free car parks 5 mins walk away most evenings. But be aware that getting in and out the village and parking can be a real challenge, even as confident drivers.

The shower isn’t nice - feels intentionally misleading that there’s no pictures of it among 55 photos on the listing. Generally lots of the finishes around the house seem similarly rushed/ miss the mark. The towels, including replacements during our stay smelt of cigarette smoke. Other small things like no liner bag in the toilet paper bin upon arrival, smelly drains and noise from nearby bars late into the night all detracted from our stay. Other reviews imply the surrounding area is quiet - it is not, particularly on Fridays and Saturday nights. Sound carries from bars across the village, and nearby Apollo bar is fairly loud too (all week). Earplugs are essential and passer-by’s are audible from the downstairs room. We would have booked a 1 room place but availability was v limited for our dates. It might be worth the price as 4 people, but not for two.

Everything was fantastic, location is the best just in the center of Lindos. Beaches are just couple of minutes by walking. Have market's near the villa. Thank you Chara for everything! Hopefully will see you again Kind regards

Extremely good location and easy access. The property is close to the parking and you will have no worries to roll a big suitcase to the place. Another advantage is that there are no bars and restaurants next to the house so you will have quiet evenings and good sleep. Important feature as the town has plenty of them. At the same time the party area is 5 mins away close enough to walk and far enough not to disturb you. The interior is stylish and comfortable. The second floor has a charming and cosy terrace suitable both for morning coffee and evening drink. The house is equipped with all the household appliances you might need. Last but not least Chara, the host of the property was super friendly and cooperative recommending sightseeing and dining venues. Just a quick note, if you are oversized - shower area might be a challenge

Chara the host was amazing, so helpful and really accommodating. Loved the location, the facilities were clean. Comfortable beds. Perfect for friends or family with two bedrooms and a balcony. Would stay again next year.
