JPThe property is located in a quiet area, with some good places nearby to eat and shop for souvenirs. Although it is a bit of a walk from the station, it was still manageable. The ground-floor room we stayed in was nicely decorated, and the staff were very kind and helpful.
There is a small garden outside the room, but it was not very well maintained, and I did not like seeing litter there. The hot water stopped while I was taking a shower.

VNThe place's aesthetic is unmatched. The place does get cold but they do provide heaters though. The staff was super helpful. Really appreciate them helping with our luggage (no lift) as well as early check-in and late check-out. They do have really nice toiletries!

GBGBBest value for money i have found in edinburgh. Very convenient location and a very smooth trip. Appreciated the welcome basket, the coffee and snacks were thoughtful.
Dont have any real problems, maybe the room is slightly too small but even then it didnt make the stay any worse
