GBEverything about my stay was brilliant. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The welcome tray was lovely - an excellent range of drink sachet options, and a nice touch with a tunnocks tea cake and wafer biscuit, as well as a packet of additional biscuits. It was nice to have a bathrobe as well as towels, and the Townhouse website was extremely useful with places to go and things to see. The location was grand - very easy to walk to attractions and the station, and the nearby roads had plenty of cafes and restaurants and little shops, and for larger shops, the St James Shopping Centre is very close by. I would definitely stay here again.

GBGBExcellent staff, very welcoming and helpful. Great location, comfy bed. Complimentary drinks and mince pies were also a very nice touch (we stayed just before christmas).
Small, low-tapered ceiling (as I am 6'5 this was a slight inconvenience), relatively small room and bathroom, but was nice regardless and enough room for a couple.
ISGBCosy room, comfy bed (on the firm side, which I prefer), lovely en suite. Provided plenty of tea and biscuits, and you could help yourself to more. Ideal place to use as a springboard to explore the city, and located near a lot of excellent eating options on Broughton Street.
GBThis is a really stylish little hotel. I enjoyed the decor and being in my room.
The room was a little small. Better for one person than two I'd say.
FR- situation géographique; - hôtel est décoré avec beaucoup de charme, tout est fait avec beaucoup de goût;
- les chambres ne sont pas prêtes avant 15h, nous sommes arrivés fatigués vers 14h30, il fallait revenir à 15h, ce qui était très surprenant vu le prix que ça coûtait; - après la nuit les serviettes n'ont pas été changé, juste pliées et déplacées, par conséquent, on ne savait plus à qui elles appartenaient; - la douche est placée très haut, en sortant, on a failli tomber plusieurs fois; - la baignoire a un coffre très large et carré, de la même couleur que le carrelage, je me suis fait un énorme bleu car le passage entre la douche et la baignoire est très serré; - la lumière de l'escalier reste toujours allumée; - le congélateur du réfrigérateur était scotché, nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser; - les portes à l’intérieur sont trop lourdes et impossibles de fermer

GBIt was fairly close to centre.
All staff had left for the day(I arrived at 4pm Was given an Attic room, (Not the room i booked) with a view of the rooftops. Stairs looked derelict. No lift. I booked a room with parking, but had to pay £30 extra for a tiny parking place in the rear. Sloping roof Shower was barely working.
