Excellent location and very comfy bed.

The location was excellent. It was close to everything in the old town. The bed was firm and the room air con blew cold.

I booked the same room type as my cousin but we got 2 drastically different rooms. His room was twice as large as mine. Also the wifi was unreliable.

Schöne Zimmer mit schönem Badezimmer. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die lage war auch sehr gut. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Zimmerservice war etwas schwierig da dieser nur zwischen 9.00 und 11.00 gemacht wurde. Der Gastgeber konnte gar kein Englisch und so war die Kommunikation etwas schwierig.

It was a great location near many eating places and the morning and night markets. The receptionist couldn't speak much Eglish but once we realised he could speak Mandarin, he was very helpful.

The photos do not depict the actual condition of the rooms which were quite old. The sofa in my room was stained and I didn't dare sit on it. The very positive reviews and high ratings left me a bit disappointed with the actual room. But overall, I still found my stay to be comfortable.

Perfect stay , lovely staff

The location is good (but still quiet), few meters away from the Mekong, perfect to watch the sunset on a terrasse, and 5 minutes walk from the night market. The room was nice with a big bathroom.

The staff made us pay more than the price we booked for on booking, showing us the exchange rate from a message instead of using a proper exchange rate website. We show them the good rate on accurate applications and website but they didn’t agree pretending they didn’t understand… in the end it was less than $10 so we gave up and paid their price, but we didn’t appreciate the dishonesty. It’s something to keep in mind. The breakfast area is the lobby with only 3 tables for two people (for 8 or 10 rooms), so you have to wait if it’s full. We stayed 3 nights but had hot water only the last night. The rooms are not insulated, we could here our neighbours in their bathroom and we were cold in the night (at this time of the year it’s getting cold as soon as the sun set).
