Hotel Antré Chapultepec

Hotel was new and well appointed in a convenient location.

The staff - one front desk person was not friendly nor helpful. The accounting and billing system at the hotel seems unusual in that payment for meals and other services can’t be charged to the room but must be paid at each time rather than be charged to the room. This is less convenient an need be.

Voy frecuentemente por motivos laborales, me gusta la ubicación es excelente 👌 y todo en general esta muy bien.

Great breakfast. Very comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. A quick walk to el centro historico which is my favorite part of the ciudad. Wifi was ok for zoom calls or watching video.

No real negatives but I did hear pretty much every car that passed by and I was on the 6th floor (and when a motorcycle went by it was really loud). Nothing that a little white noise couldn't cure.

Tiene buena ubicación, las instalaciones son nuevas y muy limpio. espacios amplios.

The hotel is well located. The rooms are large and clean. Marisol at the front desk was great. All the staff was very helpful.
