Spectacular London Stay

Very comfortable and luxurious

Clean and truly spectacular

We were supposed to stay here on Sunday 24th and Monday 25th,we found out on the 22nd that my partners new born grandson needed an op. I contacted the property to say we probably couldn't stay but I would let them know. We thought we might be able to go on the Monday if the op had taken place and told the host who bombarded me with messages, text messages to my phone to ask had we stayed and did he need to get the cleaner in !!!! He even tried to call despite me telling him we were in the middle of family issues. He kept the full payment of £315 and he could have sorted his housekeeping out without harassing me at a difficult time. We would never re book it was a very bad experience

Mi è piaciuto tutto, era molto accogliente, la casa era molto illuminata e pulita. Eravamo in 6 e non ci sentivamo stretti. Sanjay ha risposto a tutte le mie domande ed è stato sempre disponibile.

Se devo proprio trovare una pecca, dico la scala prima della cucina che aveva uno scalino rotto. Ma tutto il resto era perfetto.

Perfect location with short walk to stations park and shops/restaurants. Host Sanjay couldn’t have been more helpful.

This flat was well-kept, everything was self same as shown in the images provided. The hosts kindness and service as host was up to standard. Without a doubt, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a cosy two bedroom apartment to stay in the London Crystal Palace area.
