Monte Calmaria by Estilo Lusitano, with private pool and Jacuzzi

A casa é perfeita, tem todas as comodidades e o espaço envolvente com os animais e parque infantil foi uma mais valia. A parte melhor é sem dúvida o jacuzzi de água quente porque dá sempre para aproveitar, mesmo que esteja mau tempo

A única coisa menos boa foi o facto do armário da loiça cheirar muito a humidade o que faz com que tenhamos que lavar tudo e não conseguir arrumar porque os copos ganham muito o cheiro

Espaço maravilhoso, casa completa, aconchegante, acomodou todos com muito conforto. Amamos espaço, excelente lugar para relaxar e aproveitar com família e amigos.

Basicamente tudo, a localização, as comodidades e como não era a primeira vez já sabíamos com o que contat

É mais uma sugestão do que critica. O que podia ser melhorado era o jacuzzi ser ligado antes da estadia de forma a que o mesmo já estivesse numa boa temperatura quando os hóspedes chegasses

We spent 1 week in August in the comfortable, quiet and very spacious house. We enjoyed the pool and the superb beaches nearby. Also a short trip to Lissabon was no problem, because of the very good transport connection. We are looking forward to come back:-).

The property was not as advertised, and my family of 5 left after one night. Specifically, the pool was horribly dirty and completely unusable, with green/brown water and algae. Additionally, the house was full of flies upon arrival, as two back windows were left open for apparently some time. There were also many ants in the kitchen, which made food storage difficult. At arrival I immediately reached out to the host and explained the situation, and he would not permit a cancellation or refund, even though I offered to simply depart the same day as the arrival and find another place. He said they would try to clean the pool, and during the evening a person repeatedly put many chemicals in the pool. In the morning the pool was still totally unusable and the situation was so bad we simply provided notice and left. A refund was ultimately issued, but this cost us a night of our trip and was a complete hassle from start to finish. Also, it is not in the pictures, but there are enormous high-tension power lines just adjacent to the property that really alter the view and feel of the place.
