"These “apartments” are not worth the money we paid (on my opinion)"

Owner of the property is nice. Bed was comfortable.
Kitchen was dirty. Empty (used)bottle of water in the fridge. It was pretty cold in the house, but we had a heater. Bathroom also needs more attention. There was a toilet in the yard (see picture) ???
