Appartamento eccezionale

There was very little to like about this place apart from it being an OK location.

The heating & hot water disappeared on the 2nd day. It was due to planned work by the local authority. Something the host saw fit not to tell me about. She told me it was my responsibility to find out. The alternative heat supply was the air conditioning in the hallway, but it only heated the hallway to a moderate temperature. The rest of the apartment was cold. The alternative hot water (which was for the shower only) was to plug in a boiler using a cable from behind the toilet (which was a health & safety issue) & to plug it into a socket in the hallway, which meant the bathroom door could not be closed. The apartment is advertised as non-smoking & yet the smell of nicotine hung in the air. Again I brought this up with the host & they admitted that people had smoked in there & that there was “nothing they could do to stop it”. However the host provides an ashtray in the apartment. Maybe if they don’t want people to smoke in there, as they claim, then they shouldn’t encourage people to smoke by supplying an ashtray. The bathroom & kitchen seem to be home to lots of critters & creepy crawlies. & there are many pigeons on the window ledge to keep you awake. The host throughout was extremely rude. When I voiced my concerns I was shouted at by her. She tried to ridicule me when I said I couldn’t wash in cold water, & she started laughing and saying I was unhygienic. She certainly doesn’t believe in the customer always being right. Not a pleasant person to deal with. This is not what you expect from someone who is supposed to be professional. From then she refused to answer calls & messages, & I had to leave & rent somewhere else because I became ill from the coldness in there. It is hands down the worst place I have stayed at through Booking.com. How it is has the rating it does is beyond comprehension.

The apartment was clean, easy to reach, had all necessary equipment , toiletries, water, coffee.. everything you need for a comfortable nice stay. The private parking is at the location entrance. The owners were really nice and accommodating.

There is nothing negative that I could say.

The apartment was spacious and clean. It had everything that you may need during your stay, full equipped kitchen, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, cotton pads and many other useful things. Furthermore, it is very close to the National Cathedral and to the Palace of the Parliament. Bus station just outside of the building. Great Value for money.

There is a sofa in the living room that it is converted into bed. For two small kids it is OK. I am not sure if it is comfortable for adults. General speaking, the apartment is highly recommended!

Un apartament foarte spațios, dotat cu tot ce este nevoie. Gazda super disponibila. Totul a fost superb.

I felt like home, very comfortable and warm. The parking lot was near. Definitely I will come back
