The fire alarm went off for no reason at 1:30am woke us up and took about half an hour to go off it wasnt just our alarm because the man in the flat upstairs was outside with us not sure what happened but suppose it was good they all work lol not a problem really just not what you want to happen in middle of night

GBI booked for 2 nights and we found the place beautifully furnished, fastidiously clean, and very well maintained
The only issue we had was the towel heater in the bathroom. It was quite warm during our stay and we could not fathom how to turn off the towel heater which made the bathroom uncomfortably hot
GBThe apartment was in a great central location and is exceptionally well kept.
There was loud music thumping during the evenings which made it difficult for the children to get to sleep. The apartments are also on a main road which is quite loud during the night and early morning.

The black gate is very loud and bangs/clangs a lot when people coming in and out of the flats. Sometimes went on for a while. Not sure if the gate lock wasn’t working properly which made people try to slam in shut a lot. Our flat was the first one through the gate so probably heard it the loudest from our point.
