GBClean and contemporary place to stay.
Very loud throbbing noise in the living room area, slightly less loud in the bedroom but it meant that the living room was unusable. Aircon in the bedroom was non-functional. Heated towel rail in the bathroom was incredibly hot at all times and could not be turned off. Toilet seat isn't fixed in place properly so moves around whilst you're sitting on it.

GBWe were grateful for a late checkout. The bathroom was lovely. The bedroom was very comfortable. The apartment was close to restaurants.
Poor communication. Wrong telephone number provided for contact. We had no hot water on arrival which was because the boiler had been set to off-bit the owner arrived to resolve it . I found the property quite dark and we didn’t use the lounge for that reason. It would have been nice to be able to open a window to air the bedroom. At booking , I put in parking as a requirement not only discovered on arrival that there was no on site parking.
GBWe stayed in the one bed Lathkill apartment . It was just as it looked on the pictures. Outstanding !! Location was fab near to restaurants pubs .. A nice scenic drove to the hills of Ilam 😊🚶♂️🦮 Plenty of fresh air
GBGBHas all the facilities you need for a stay and it was beautifuly presented too. Excellent central location, no parking but we didn't struggle plenty to choose from with great clear instructions from the host. Michelle also very kindly let us check in early, as we were attending a wedding nearby which helped us hugely.
GBThe apartment was of a really good quality throughout with plenty of space and was exceptionally clean. The bathroom was particularly nice! It was as central in the town as you can get.
There’s no parking by the property, so we had to park about 5 mins walk away in a free car park. Because of how the windows are situated, there’s not an abundance of natural light in the apartment.

New paving being put down through the town, the works were right outside the bedroom window and work started at 5am!! Horrendous noise which resulted in a complaint to the host for a full refund as ruined our stay. Work going on until Sept 25 so bear this in mind
