エアコンがないと夏は厳しいですね 難しいようでしたら扇風機がもう一台あってもいいですね

チェックインがわからず、メールしたらすぐに日本語で、返信ありました。

ここに泊まってから、知らない中国からのメッセージや着信が増えて怖いです。関係あるかわからないけど、こういうのは初めてです。エアコンがなくて、扇風機をつけても暑かったです。タオルはふわふわでした。

清潔できれいでした。

暑さがひどくて、せめて備え付けの扇風機くらいは欲しかったです。

It’s located at great area and I really enjoy this environment.

Compared with the room rental, the facilities were not fair enough. Very old style and not easy to get help from the management side. For example, I complained no air con when I checked in, the customer service said “ they agree last-minute cancellation and will have full refund” I can’t believe the response. Service? I would say 3 of 10. Further to that, finally they refund some to me. I do appreciate. Honestly, I went buy a new fan, going out to stay in a cool coffee shop and getting more kitchen ware to make me more comfortable. Please consider equipping an air con since we all agree this climate goes way too terrible ! For the bedding things, the bed and sofa bed were not good, and so lame. The balcony, window, the frame, the curtains and the big closet definitely need deep clean. I’ll send the pic to the management.

部屋の広さはまぁまぁ広かったです。

他の方の口コミにもあった通りエアコンがないので、7月初めに伺わせてもらったのですが…やはり暑くて日中は部屋にはいられませんでした。夜は扇風機でなんとかやり過ごせましたが、やはりお風呂あがりは暑いし、扇風機も一台しかなかったため家族で取り合いでした(苦笑) 北海道でももう夏はエアコン必要かと、、 あと事前にいただいたチェックインの資料には場合によって事前荷物の預り可能と記入されていたのですが、ホストの方に確認すると事前預りはできないの一点張りで・・結局コインロッカーもあいてなく重たい荷物を持って市内観光するはめになってしまったのが残念でした。

Same place at the subway station, there is a bus station where you can take airport coach directly to Chitose airport although available only at 7am, 8am, 12 pm or 1pm only OR to Bankei Ski resort and other places. 3. Walking distance to Maruyama Park, Maruyama Zoo and Olympic Museum. 4. Only 3 stops from Odori station. 5. Our unit at level 6 (604) can fit 5 adults comfortably with cooking utensils.

The toilet does not have bidet.

Location is okay, accessible.

No air conditioning, false information on listing about the air conditioning. There was no information about check in provided. The hosts are very difficult to reach. We checked in a little late and had no clue about check in code and it took us an hour to get the host on call.
