The apartment is in an excellent location

The apartment was in terrible condition. Sheets and towels were used and not changed. There was trash everywhere. The apartment was not ready for use.

The place seemed not mentained properly. Bugs infestation, damp and smelly towels, no soap. This is not a premium location.
