"Does the job but needs better cleaning"

- Location was very convenient - The bed was comfortable - Easy to find and get in - It was nice to find water and cookies but they should have been for two people and instead they were for one

- bathroom wc was not cleaned properly (we cleaned it ourselves) - shower was not cleaned properly and with mould stains - communication with the staff wasn't super smooth and in general everything felt very automated and soulless - we notified one of the bedlamps was broken but they didn't offer to provide another one - overall cleaning can be improved
