The apartment is decorated in a very cozy and stylish way. I needed an apartment close to the Loris Malaguzzi center for the week’s study group and the location was perfect. It was 10 minutes to the center and basically the city center with all of the best food and shopping. The bed was cozy, warm water in the shower, and lots of items to use in the kitchen. It was easy to find from the station even at night and check in by yourself. The staff communicate frequently to check on you. Will stay again and recommend to friends.

This place was great for us, located almost halfway way between Milano and Bologna, which gave us a good base to explore Emilia Romagna and beyond. The guys at SM Hospitality are fantastic, they arrange a permit for our rental to be able to enter in the old part of the city, they recommend parking places nearby and restaurants. Fantastic guys! Easy to follow check in instructions and only just a minute away when you contacted them. The place was clean, everything you need from books, board games and a very old 1970s radio which works perfectly and it was amazing to listen some Italian music on it.
