Uptown Hotel Apartments

The place and location was great, room was bright and kitchen had all the necessary items for cooking.

You could hear the next door room and when they were talking.

Stayed for 8 nights, lovely apartment with necessary amenities including washing machine, plates and cutlery, TV etc. Close to stockholm central (20 min drive or 50 mins via bus then train). Close to supermarkets. Hosts were helpful with any requests.

The only minor issue is that the apartments are next to what seems to be a bmw motorcycle storage so there is regular noise of motorcycles going past, but did not necessarily bother us.

Bei Check in gab ein Problem. Der per Mail zugeschickte Code für Schlüsselschließfach war leider falsch. Somit kein Eingang in beide gebuchte Zimmer. Servicepersonal hat uns neuen Code mitgeteilt, die dann funktionierte. Keine Kaffeemaschine in einer der Wohnungen. Auch keine Tabs für Spülmaschine. Parkplatz nur gegen Gebühr.

On the positive side, the hotel provided coffee capsules, and since the hotel is new, all the equipment was fresh and modern. Communication with the hotel staff was polite and friendly, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was speaking with a chatbot whose main goal was to get rid of a “problematic guest” rather than to find a fair solution.

I strongly recommend reading the room descriptions very carefully to avoid misunderstandings like the one I experienced. I cannot recommend Room No. 8 – it was small, located right next to the road, and therefore very noisy. As for the “kitchen” equipment, it only included teaspoons, cups, plates, a coffee machine, a kettle, a fridge, and a sink. Another inconvenience was the broken door to the hotel wing where I stayed. Every time it opened or closed, it made a loud noise and caused vibrations, which was especially disturbing at night. In my opinion, calling this room a “Deluxe Double Room” is very misleading – I would describe it as extremely basic.

Jag tyckte om hotelrummet var mycket bra och dusch och skön säng så vi sov gott.

Synd att de inte var billigare att parkera utanför och att de inte fanns vissa parkeringar som tillhörde hotellet. De hade varit bra med lite tv kanaler som 4an 1 och 2an. Men vi såg koden sedan så de gick till sist att se viss tv vi såg tv 11.

Bardzo wysoki standard. Bogate wyposażenie. W pobliżu market, przystanki autobusowe.
