Posizione ottima , accoglienza ( Receptionist ) cordialissima e molto disponibile , posto auto sicuro ( da non sottovalutare all'Aprica in pieno Agosto ) e cucina con buona dotazione .

La pulizia degli appartamenti è da curare e , per certi aspetti , anche l'arredamento .

L'appartamento è minimal ma ha tutto l'essenziale (non c'è lavatrice ma c'è una lavanderia a gettoni a pochi minuti a piedi). La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro, e la struttura dispone di parcheggio coperto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Non c'è lavastoviglie, che quando si è in 4 a mangiare farebbe comodo, e il divano era molto datato.
