La Disponibilità dello staff per tutta la durata del soggiorno

Alcune parti degli appartamenti non erano nuovi e si notava come Porte danneggiate . Nel Complesso non hanno causato disagi durante il Soggiorno

The concierge staff were really friendly and responsive. Especially the gentleman from Naples (unfortunately I forgot his name) The check in was fast and we got all the information needed for our stay. The residence is very centrally located with a supermarket across the road and plenty of restaurants around. The Ski bus station is also across the road but also is walking distance to the ski lift. We travelled in a party of 6, we found t e rooms to be clean, well furnished and spacious. I think this place was recently remodelled because all appliances are new and modern. I will definitely return for another week next year for a relaxing and joyful ski holiday.

Da migliorare la manutenzione degli appartamenti, ma avevano appena riaperto dopo anni di chiusura e ci stavano lavorando, quindi per noi non è stata un' esperienza negativa

Struttura aperta nel giorno in cui è iniziato il ns soggiorno. Ogni cosa presente nell'appartamento era nuova. L'arredo direi non mancava nulla, fantastico la presenta di un adeguato numero di armadi, cosa da non sottovalutare. La presenza di un piccolo problema nell'appartamento segnalato e subito risolto. Direi ottimo.

La mancanza del balcone e la macchinetta del caffè arrivata a fine soggiorno, peccato!
