Perfektna lokacija, domaćini preljubazni, za 1-2 osobe savršen komfor. Zbog poslovne svrhe putovanja, nisam imao mnogo slobodnog vremena za obilazak grada ali je lokacija savršena zbog blizine plaže gde možete uživati u jutarnjoj kafi sa pogledom na more.

Only, it was a little cold in winter.. Aircon works excellent on heating mode but however it was cold inside, because apartment has not been heated for several days/weeks... But it is problem only during cold winter dats, all other days it is beautiful, well equipped apartment...

Poloha byla super, kousek pěšky do centra a na pláž. Byl to malý domeček s posezením v zahrádce, které v létě oceníte.

Na ubytování byla zima, zjevně nikdo netopil před našim příjezdem. Ikdyž sme se snažili vytopit klimatizací, stále byla velká zima. Paní nás upozornila, že klimatizaci musíme vypínat při odchodu. Takže jsme topili vždy večer a místnost nešlo vytopit. Wifi nefungovala nebo velmi slabě. Hostitel bydlí hned vedle, takže moc soukromí není, což by mohlo někomu vadit. Bohužel nebylo možné přijít dříve, ikdyž sme chtěli jen o hodinu.

L'emplacement est idéal : plage, port, gare routière ou vieille ville de Split, tout est à maximum 10mn à pieds. Anna nous a très bien accueillis et a toujours répondu rapidement à nos communications.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this apartment! A very friendly elderly woman greeted us and showed us around. It's a great idea that it's a separate house with a small, cozy garden with lemon and tangerine trees. Free parking is available on a one-way street. The area is very quiet, but the city center is still a five-minute walk away. Supermarkets are also three to five minutes away. The apartment's interior is very comfortable and cozy. There's a stove, dishes, and a small refrigerator. We cooked without any problems or inconveniences. There's a capsule coffee maker. It was a pleasure to receive a whole bag of lemons from this small garden from the wonderful hostess as a parting gift. Next time we're in Split, we'll definitely stay here.
