The hostess Anna was so kind. We loved her and her wonderful garden where she was growing so many amazing tomatoes!! She was a an elderly lady who lived just a few steps away so if I needed anything she was right there. It was located in quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. If you want I be 10 min from beach but not be in the middle of city this is a good location for that. I would not say it is fair to call it beachfront but it is definitely beach proximate!

It was very dark. Not many lights and windows did not get sunlight. We wanted to be on the water or see water so we actually only stayed one night of our five and booked somewhere near water so we can only comment on that first night. We should have read the description more carefully so we take full responsibility for that. We saw “beachfront” and assumed we would see beach. The accommodation was functional with tiny refrigerator and kitchenette and small bathroom with shower. Everything was clean. AC worked fine but was definitely older and seemed to be on its last legs. The room can feel stuffy and claustrophobic with only two windows that don’t get much light in. There is an outside seating but not really any view from there but does allow you to sit outside which is nice. Apart from two chair and a small table there is no other seating. If you want just a quiet place to crash this accommodation will work fine. Bed was comfortable but sheet was definitely very worn. I will say we paid less for our waterfront accommodation we moved to after the first night.
