The two owners were extremly friendly and helpfuel. They gave us that extra attention, that made us feel very welcome and special. The whole place was very authentic and peacefull. An extra suprise was the bar. The owners had a greate whisky collection, and he enjoyed sharing his knowledge. We had an extrodinary whisky tasting. The breakfeast was excellent. Each item was very tasty. Our stay exceed our expectations

Super accueil par Molly. La maison est incroyable avec un bar extraordinaire. Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux. Notre séjour était trop court, il faut y rester plus longtemps pour mieux profiter. Nous y retournerons.

Wir wurden mit Herzlichkeit und Wärme von Iris empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wohl. In Jacks Bar gab es nicht nur jede Menge Whisky, sondern, auch einen Einblick in die Vielfalt der verschiedenen Geschmacksromen.. Vielen Dank,Jack, dass du dir die Zeit genommen hast.

"Lovely and welcoming hotel"

Jack and Iris were so friendly and welcoming. They provided suggestions on restaurants for dinner, and even had some coupons for certain ones. We enjoyed a few whiskeys from Jacks impressive collection!

Only the shower (water temp fluctuations) but they are working on upgrading the system— which is hard to do in a 200 year old house ! 😁
