Foxglove Field Glamping

We couldn't of had a lovelier stay! Carrie was so amazing and accommodating, kept in touch prior, during and after our stay which made the stay feel welcoming and supportive. It's an intimate, personalised site with amazing facilities and not overcrowded by modern pressures. Carrie gave us a tour as well as some local products and local recommendations which was a massive attribute to our visit down Cornwall. We loved the entire stay and would most certainly recommend to others! Thank you Carrie for your amazing hospitality and geniune care :)

Nothing we personally didn't love about the site or area! However, if you're not an outdoor person then the wildlife and uniqueness of the site won't suit you :)

We stayed at Foxglove Field Glamping in Cornwall for 2 days and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The place itself was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for, but what made the stay even better was the host. She was extremely welcoming and took the time to explain everything about the property and the surrounding area. She even printed out two pages of maps for us, marking the best places to visit nearby and where to eat, which was such a thoughtful touch. She also brought us fresh eggs and milk from the farm, which made the stay feel even more special. We loved both the place and the hospitality.

The only small downside is that there is no electricity outlet inside the tent, so you need to charge your devices in the kitchen. Other than that, everything was excellent and we would happily recommend it.

Amazing facilities, especially the kitchen

So quiet and secluded immersed in nature , stargazing at night was unreal, teepee was so cosy, kitchen had absolutely everything you need and more, the shower is amazing along with the facilities. Host was so helpful printing us off a map with many lovely restaurants, bars and beaches to visit in and around the area!

We had the most amazing stay in Foxglove – a peaceful and eco-friendly glamping experience we won’t forget. The tipi was lovely & clean and set in a lovely, private spot. With only three tipis on site, it felt very exclusive and tranquil — perfect for unwinding. We especially loved the fire pit, which made for a cozy evening under the stars. Everything was thoughtfully designed with sustainability in mind, which we really appreciated. Cary the host was absolutely wonderful – so warm, friendly, and welcoming. She genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. You can tell she genuinely cares about making guests feel comfortable and at home. We highly recommend this special place — we’ll definitely be back!

Great mix between comfort and nature. You're very much in the countryside (along with a few bugs), which means you get to cook and eat in greenery and beautiful flowers. The facilities have everything you'll need from a very unique shower to a great kitchen. It has an electric hob, toaster, fridge, cooking knives, wine and pint glasses, etc.. At night, the sky is very dark, meaning you can stargaze around the firepit in the grass with a very thoughtfully provided picnic blanket. There are also some hot water bottles that you can use to warm yourself at night. The hostess is very kind and provided us with local milk and eggs as well as recommendations from the local area. Finally, there are some really cute animals walking around from time to time (a cat and some guinea fowls), adding to the outdoor experience.

The site is somewhat far from local supermarkets if you don't have a car. However, there is a bus stop around 15 minutes away which can take you there - just be mindful that they come every hour or two and can be late. You can check the Cornwall Buses website to see the live times.

It was a wonderful experience- lovely, quiet and beautifully embedded in the nature place created to truly allow rest and relaxation. Thoughtful design and distance between to allow the privacy to each tent. Everything was thought through and eco conscious too: natural materials, creative recycling, handmade cosmetics. The owner provided a lot of kind touches like fully stocked kitchen with organic tea and coffee options, daily fresh local milk and eggs provided in the fridge, firewood to enjoy the evening with an open fire pit. Truly unique place!
