"disgusting attitude to their guest"

I booked this hotel only because of the jacuzzi. The water in the jacuzzi was very cold, not suitable to use it. When we asked to have it heated, they said it would cost 100 euros. I find it disgusting and outrageous. It was not written anywhere that the jacuzzi cost 100 euros. We felt very disappointed and cheated. If we had known this, we would not have come to this place.

It would take a lot of effort, even in my native language, to describe this place, Osijek, and its people, as well. From very charming and polite staff, perfect facilities, very well organized just about everything to make one's vacation beautiful beyond imagination. Rating: 11/10.
