GBThe staff were friendly and helpful and solved the issue when someone had charged their meal to our room. Great location.
The water was too cold....pillows were hard...cups were a bit dirty.....the room was very hot....the shower head was falling apart...there was no mat in the bath or floor so it was very slippy when coming out...was a bit overpriced for the issues it had. Also the floors were extremely noisy.
