Cleanliness unsatisfied - got blood stain over blanket Aircond really bad condition- i changed 2 room due to aircond issue. Elevator not safe. Got mosquito in 1st room. Change new room- but they gave me scary room. Tv's Remote control out of battery. I stay for 30 min only- then check out urgently and request for refund but they insist me to cancel booking in this apps but unable to proceed.They push me to call the booking.com After that they said need to charge me rm50 for 30min stay and i drank 1 bottle of the drinking water in the room. However, im waiting around 30min, and because of too tired of the process, i really dissapointed and asking for my rm50 deposit and leave the hotel and find another place.
