I love the room and the clean bathroom.

Good location. The room and facilities were good.

The previous patron smoked cigarette in the room despite clearly mentioned no smoking.

• Check-in went smoothly. The receptionist, Lucy, was polite and helpful. • The room size was decent, bed was okay, and the AC initially worked.

1. Lift – The lift is the smallest I’ve ever seen in a hotel (only fits 2 people). To reach the 3rd floor it took over a minute, and going down took nearly 3 minutes because you must wait for it to come up first. Very inconvenient. 2. Mosquitoes – The room was full of large mosquitoes. Within 20 minutes I had to go down to reception and show my legs. They sent someone to spray, but even after I went out and returned, the problem continued. I ended up buying my own repellent spray. 3. Bathroom – No door, only a curtain. Water pressure was very low. No hot water at night (but it worked in the morning, which makes me think they turn it off to save electricity). 4. Air conditioning – The AC is very old and does not cool properly. At 4:30 AM I woke up sweating. It only started cooling again after I turned it off for 15 minutes, but then stopped working again a couple of hours later. Clearly, the compressor is faulty. 5. Overall experience – I booked the most expensive “King Room,” but the facilities were still far below acceptable standards. I originally planned to stay 5 nights for business but only booked 1 night to try it out. I’m very glad I didn’t extend. The next day, I moved to a much better hotel at the same price through Booking.com and had a far more comfortable stay. Later, I found out this hotel used to be an OYO property. Honestly, I’ve stayed at OYO hotels before and they were better than this. Final Note: This hotel needs serious improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and facilities. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Slow lift and staff slow and hard to reach out.

Suka sangat bilik besar, bersih dan selesa.

Tapi air dlm toilet sgt la kecik n slow. Tv langsung takde siaran. Kebetulan plak masa nak cek out, tgh service lift. Terpaksa turun guna tangga. Dgn ada anak lg. Agak seram sikit bila guna tungga.
