I am seeking a full refund , I checked in and left 20 minutes later… the place looked like a drug’s den , holes punched in the wall broken furniture carpets stained, sofa all stained, absolutely disgusting. I had to leave and book a hotel

Everything, it cost £135 for 1 night that looked like worse than a dump this site should be regulated I’m so upset as I booked an apartment so. Y daughter could stay with me and my partner .. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay there

Good location in the town centre

The flat smelt like cigarettes and mild odor of cannabis, we were told air fresheners were available when I raised this with the owner however there was none in the flat. After asking where bedding was stored for the sofa bed, we found it used and unclean from the previous guests. The carpets and sofa bed it’s self is covered in stains

very nice apartment! great location close to everything

I liked everything! The only thing missing was pots and pans and cutlery! Otherwise, everything was ok.
